APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK PADA MADRASAH ALIYAH DI MARTAPURA

Sistem tata kelola administrasi akademik yang masih manual/konvensional pada institusi mitra (Madrasah Aliyah) berupa sistem pencatatan tangan pada format-format input secara fisik atau buku-buku induk dan sistem penyimpanan berkas menggunakan folder-folder fisik, menyebabkan proses layanan manajemen institusi mitra kepada stakeholder menjadi tidak efektif dan efisien, proses temu kembali data/informasi menjadi lambat, serta meyebabkan hilang atau rusaknya berkas fisik. Tulisan ini memaparkan sebuah model Sistem Informasi Akademik berbasis Database terkomputerisasi untuk mendukung terciptanya efektivitas tata kelola manajemen akademik yang efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan hasil uji prototype pada institusi mitra, aplikasi Sistem Informasi Akademik dapat meningkatkan kinerja mitra dalam mempercepat layanan administrasi akademik dan dapat meningkatkan kemudahan koordinasi antar sub bagian akademik.

Abstract
Governance system of academic administration are still manual / conventional in partner institutions (Aliyah islamic Institution of learning) in the form of recording system hands on formats input physically or books of the parent and storage system files using folders physical, causing process management services partner institutions to stakeholder becomes ineffective and inefficient, the process of retrieval of data / information to be slow, and led to loss or damage to physical file. This paper describes a model of Academic Information System based on a computerized database to support the creation of effective governance of academic management effective and efficient. Based on the user acceptace testing results of the prototype at the partner institution, Academic Information System applications can improve the performance of partners in accelerating the academic and administration services can improve the ease of coordination between the academic sub-section.
