Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Penentuan Peserta Diklat Berprestasi Berbasis Weighted Product

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun suatu sistem penunjang keputusan penentuan peserta diklat prajabatan pada daerah povinsi kalimantan selatan berprestasi dengan menggunakan weighted product, penilaian meliputi 2 aspek. Aspek yang pertama adalah aspek sikap dan perilaku, terdiri dari dari 4 kriteria penilaian yaitu Kedisiplinan, Kepemimpinan, Kerjasama dan Prakarsa sedangkan aspek kedua adalah aspek akademis/penguasaan materi terdiri dari ujian akhir, adapun sampel yang dijadikan penilaian adalah penilaian peserta diklat angkatan V dengan total jumlah 40 orang.

Berdasarkan hasil prestest dan posttest maka didapatkan hasil tingkat keakuratan sebesar 92,5% dan ketidakakuratannya sebesar 7,5%.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a decision support system in the area of determining the training participants povinsi southern Kalimantan accomplished by using the weighted product, the assessment covers two aspects. The first aspect is the aspect of attitudes and behaviors, consists of four assessment criteria, namely Discipline, Leadership, Teamwork and initiative, while the second aspect is the aspect of academic / mastery of the material consists of a final exam, while the sample is used as assessment is an assessment of the training participants generation V with a total number 40 people.

Based on the results and posttest prestest then showed the level of accuracy of 92.5% and 7.5% inexact.
