Sistem Monitoring Kinerja PNS Dengan Aplikasi SKP Berbasis WEB

Seiring kemajuan zaman seperti sekarang ini, banyak sekali instansi pemerintahan yang menggunakan komputer dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas operasionalnya dan memberikan laporan kegiatannya. Dengan dioperasikannya komputer pada instansi tersebut sangat membantu kelancaran sistem kerja karena komputer dapat bekerja dengan tingkat kecepatan dan ketelitian yang tinggi, sehingga semua pekerjaan bisa dilakukan dengan cepat, praktis dan efisien. Proses Laporan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh pegawai bagian Informasi Kepegawaian (INKA) di Kantor BKN Banjarmasin masih dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu dengan menginputkan data pada Microsoft Office Excel setiap hari kerja selama satu tahun, hasil kerja pegawai yang sudah di inputkan ke  dalam Microsoft Office Excel akan di hitung dan perhitungan yang masih memakan waktu karena harus menghitung masing masing kegiatan untuk mendapatkan nilai kerja dan mencetak laporan tersebut kemudian menyimpannya di arsip laporan kegiatan. Atasan di wajibkan  menilai pegawai yang sudah selesai melakukan kerja selama satu tahun dan itu membutuhkan banyak waktu karena harus membuka arsip laporan kegiatan secara konvensional.

Dalam  penelitian ini, dikembangkan program sistem monitoring kinerja PNS dengan aplikasi SKP berbasis Web, berdasarkan hasil uji dapat mempercepat atasan dalam melakukan monitoring kegiatan yang akan dilakukan oleh pegawai serta mempermudah dalam penyimpanan laporan dan pengawasan pegawai oleh atasan.

Abstract

Along the progress of time, as now, a lot of government agencies that use computers in carrying out operational tasks and report its activities. With the operation of computers in the institution so help smooth working system because the computer can work with the level of speed and high accuracy, so that all work can be done quickly, practical and efficient. Reporting Process activities performed by employees part Information Officer (INKA) in the Office of BKN Banjarmasin still done conventionally is to input data in Microsoft Office Excel every working day for a year, the work of employees who have been fed into Microsoft Office Excel will be in arithmetic and calculations still had to calculate the time-consuming because each activity to get the value of work and prints the report and then save it in the archive activity report. Tops in the compulsory rate the employee who has completed the work for a year and it takes a lot of time because it had to open archives in the conventional activity report.

In this study, developed program performance monitoring system SKP PNS with Web-based applications, based on test results to accelerate the supervisor in monitoring activities to be carried out by employees and makes for easy storage and surveillance reports of employees by superiors.
