Perancangan Dashboard Dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Manajemen Penjualan Tiket Pesawat Pada PT JKL
Abstract
This study aims to design a data-driven dashboard to enhance the effectiveness of airline ticket sales management at PT JKL. The dashboard was developed using the Prototype method and the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process to construct a Star Schema, enabling efficient data integration from various sources. Leveraging Power BI, the dashboard provides interactive visualizations of sales data, including the number of flights, revenue, discounts, payment methods, and the most frequently booked airlines. The implementation of this dashboard not only simplifies data analysis but also supports faster and more accurate decision-making. Testing results showed that all dashboard features functioned as specified, with Black Box validation achieving "Pass" status across all tests and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) achieving "Success" status in all tested scenarios. The implementation of this dashboard streamlines data analysis, accelerates decision-making processes, and enables real-time monitoring of business performance. This study demonstrates that a data-driven dashboard can positively impact operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making for the business growth of PT JKL.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah dashboard berbasis data guna meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen penjualan tiket pesawat pada PT JKL. Dashboard ini dirancang menggunakan metode Prototype dan proses ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) untuk membangun Star Schema yang memungkinkan integrasi data dari berbagai sumber secara efisien. Dengan memanfaatkan Power BI, dashboard ini mampu menyajikan data penjualan secara interaktif, dan termasuk jumlah penerbangan, pendapatan, diskon, metode pembayaran, dan maskapai yang paling sering dipesan. Implementasi dashboard ini tidak hanya mempermudah analisis data tetapi juga mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan tepat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur dashboard berfungsi sesuai spesifikasi, dengan validasi Black Box menghasilkan status "Pass" untuk semua pengujian, dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) menghasilkan status "Success" pada seluruh skenario yang diuji. Implementasi dashboard ini menyederhanakan analisis data, mempercepat pengambilan keputusan, dan mendukung pemantauan kinerja bisnis secara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dashboard berbasis data dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap efisiensi operasional serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis untuk pertumbuhan bisnis PT JKL.
