Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Mobil Bekas Berbasis Web Pada Showroom Irfan Auto Gallery

Abstract

In this period of very rapid progress in the development of information technology, humans can exchange information very quickly, therefore the Irfan Auto Gallery showroom is still not effective so it still uses all recording activities manually. This research aims to develop a Web-based information system model that can help business management in collecting data on car sales, increasing promotion of used car products so that it makes it easier to present customer reports in carrying out the transaction process and can obtain all information about cars that are being sold in showrooms online. The design of this application uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall method, analysis, design and implementation are carried out using the PHP, HTML and mySQL database programming languages. The functional features of the application are for car data collection, customer data collection, payment data collection, admin data collection, promotions and online car purchase transactions with security, and have been validated using the Blackbox Testing method. The tested results have been valid.

 Abstrak

Pada masa kemajuan perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat sekali pesat hal ini manusia dapat melakukan pertukaran informasi dengan begitu cepat, oleh karena itu showroom irfan auto gallery ini masih belum efektif sehingga masih menggunakan seluruh aktivitas pencatatan dengan manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model sistem informasi berbasis Web yang dapat membantu manajement usaha dalam melakukan pendataan penjualan mobil, meningkatkan promosi produk mobil bekas sehingga memudahkan penyajian laporan pelanggan dalam melakukan proses transaksi dan dapat memperoleh seluruh informasi tentang mobil yang sedang dijual pada showroom secara online. Perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan Siklus Hidup Pengembangan Sistem (SDLC) metode waterfall dilakukan analisis, desain dan implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, HTML dan database mySQL. Fitur-fitur fungsional dari aplikasi untuk pendataan mobil, pendataan pelanggan, pendataan pembayaran, pendataan admin, promosi dan transaksi pembelian mobil secara online dengan keamanan, serta sudah divalidasi menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing. Hasil yang diuji telah berjalan secara valid.
