Abstract

This research aims to design and implement an interactive dashboard to visualize transactions and customer segmentation in travel services at PT Y. The SDLC Waterfall method was chosen for system development in a structured manner, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection is done using the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) method to extract, transform, and load transaction and customer data into a database. The dashboard, built using Power BI, presents transaction information and customer segmentation based on purchasing patterns and demographic characteristics. The research  results show that the developed system supports PT Y's management in making more efficient, data-driven decisions. The system also enhances operational efficiency and improves the customer experience in travel services by providing more accurate and timely information.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan dashboard interaktif untuk memvisualisasikan transaksi dan segmentasi pelanggan pada layanan travel di PT Y. Metode SDLC Waterfall dipilih untuk pengembangan sistem secara terstruktur, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan metode ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) untuk mengekstraksi, mentransformasikan, dan memuat data transaksi serta pelanggan ke dalam database. Dashboard yang dibangun menggunakan Power BI ini menyajikan informasi transaksi pemesanan serta segmentasi pelanggan berdasarkan pola pembelian dan karakteristik demografis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mendukung manajemen PT Y dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efisien dan berbasis data. Sistem ini juga meningkatkan efektivitas operasional dan memperbaiki pengalaman pelanggan dalam layanan travel, dengan memberikan informasi yang lebih akurat dan tepat waktu.
