Abstract

The AIPO application is a mobile application used by PT Lautan Berlian Utama Motor to support the vehicle sales process. Initial findings revealed several user experience issues, including an unattractive interface, the absence of notifications, and access restrictions, which reduced user comfort and efficiency. This study aims to redesign the interface and user experience of the AIPO application using a design thinking approach through five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Evaluation using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) shows that the proposed prototype meets user needs, with average scores of 1.40 for attractiveness, 1.54 for perspicuity, 1.23 for efficiency, 1.26 for dependability, 1.48 for stimulation, and 1.54 for novelty. These results indicate improvements across all aspects. Therefore, the application of design thinking in redesigning the AIPO application successfully enhances user satisfaction and contributes to the broader use of design thinking and UEQ in internal vehicle sales support applications.
