Kesadaran Privasi Pengguna Tokopedia Menggunakan Pendekatan DeLone and McLean IS Success Model

Abstract

Using the Delone and McLean IS Success Model, this study examined Tokopedia's IT infrastructure and how users' privacy concerns affected their app use. A data breach that occurred in March 2020 and the fact that Tokopedia users did not pay enough attention to their privacy led to the current situation. In this research, 230 Tokopedia customers from Indonesia were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that information quality, system quality, and service quality all had different impacts. Important results showed that users were more satisfied with the system when it was used and when the quality of the information and services provided were high. Net benefits were also favorably impacted by use. User privacy knowledge is not currently a major factor in determining application use behavior, since it did not substantially impact Tokopedia usage.

Abstrak

Dengan memakai Model Sukses Sistem Informasi Delone dan McLean, studi ini mengkaji infrastruktur TI Tokopedia dan bagaimana kekhawatiran pengguna terhadap privasi memengaruhi penggunaan aplikasi mereka. Pelanggaran data yang terjadi pada Maret 2020 dan kurangnya perhatian pengguna Tokopedia terhadap privasi mereka memicu situasi saat ini. Pada riset ini, 230 pelanggan Tokopedia dari Indonesia dianalisis memakai Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, dan kualitas layanan memiliki dampak yang berbeda. Hasil penting memperlihatkan pengguna merasa lebih puas dengan sistem ketika sistem tersebut digunakan dan ketika kualitas informasi serta layanan yang diberikan tinggi. Manfaat bersih juga dipengaruhi secara positif oleh penggunaan. Pengetahuan pengguna tentang privasi saat ini bukan merupakan faktor utama dalam menentukan perilaku penggunaan aplikasi, karena tidak berdampak substansial terhadap penggunaan Tokopedia.
