Metode Weighted Product (WP) merupakan salah satu model yang dapat digunakan pada proses pengambilan keputusan salah satunya dalam penilaian kontes burung murai batu. Dalam penelitian ini, metode Weighted Product (WP) digunakan untuk mencari nilai tertinggi dari setiap instrumen (kriteria) berdasarkan bobot yang sudah ditentukan.

Adapun beberapa kriteria penilaian untuk menentukan pemenang kontes burung murai batu yaitu Volume Suara, Irama Lagu, Fisik/Gaya, Kestabilan Suara dan Keindahan Sangkar. Dari instrumen tersebut didapatkan hasil berupa urutan (ranking) berdasarkan nilai tertinggi.

Berdasarkan prestest dan posttest maka didapatkan hasil tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 72% dan tidak sesuai sebesar 28%.

Abstract

Weighted Methods Product (WP) is one model that can be used in the decision-making process in the assessment of the Murai Batu Bird Contest. In this study, the method of Weighted Product (WP) is used to find the highest value of each instrument (criteria) based on the weight of the already determined.

As for some of the assessment criteria for determining the winners of the contest are humming bird stone Volume , Rhythm Song , Physical / Style , stability and beauty of Cage 's voice. Of these instruments is obtained in the form of the order (ranking) is based on the highest value.

Based prestest and posttest results are obtained concordance rate of 72% and 28% are not suitable .
