Program Aplikasi Untuk Pengelolaan Bantuan Alat Olah Tanah Dan Pompa Air Pada Dinas Pertanian

Pertumbuhan penduduk yang cepat menyebabkan peningkatan permintaan bahan pangan tiap tahunnya, hal ini menuntut petani bekerja ekstra untuk meningkatkan produktifitasnya. Oleh karena itu Dinas Pertanian, Perkebunan, dan Peternakan Kabupaten Banjar menyalurkan bantuan kepada kelompok-kelompok petani agar petani lebih produktif dalam melakukan kegiatan pertaniannya, sehingga petani sejahtera dan permintaan bahan baku pangan terpenuhi. Dengan hasil produk yang berkualitas dapat meningkatkan kecintaan terhadap produktifitas petani kita sendiri.

Proses pertama pemberian bantuan alat pertanian yaitu petani menyerahkan proposal, dan pihak dinas melakukan pengecekan apakah petani sudah terdaftar atau belum satu per satu pada file data kelompok tani dan gabungan kelompok tani dari Badan Penyuluh daerah kabupaten Banjar, hal ini menyebabkan pihak dinas kesulitan untuk pengecekan karena data terlalu banyak. Jika petani terdaftar dan belum pernah menerima bantuan sebelumnya maka petani berhak menerima bantuan alat olah tanah dan pompa air, dan pihak dinas melakukan pengecekan apakah petani sudah pernah mendapatkan bantuan atau belum jika sudah pernah maka petani tidak mendapatakan bantuan lagi tetapi jika bantuan yang dimiliki sudah berusia lebih dari lima tahun atau mengalami kerusakan berat maka petani bisa mendapatkan bantuan kembali setelah pihak dinas melakukan pengecekan terhadap bantuan yang dimiliki, kemudian dinas menyerahkan bantuan dan mencatat data petani, data alat olah tanah dan pompa air secara manual dengan ditulis di form bantuan sehingga untuk merekap data pihak dinas harus melakukan pengetikan lagi sehingga perekapan tidak teratur dan tidak konsisten.
