Penerapan Customer Relationship Management Pada Klinik K-Skincare Berbasis Android

Abstract

Currently, the K-Skincare Clinic has not fully used information technology, for example to make reservations, marketing and maintain relationships between clinics and customers. To overcome this, it is necessary to have an application that can implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) which is able to provide solutions to maintain quality and customer loyalty at the K-Skincare Clinic and make it easier to access information. This study aims to create an android-based K-Skincare Clinic application using the Extreme Programming (XP) method which is expected to be able to provide solutions to maintain quality and customer loyalty at the K-Skincare Clinic and make it easier to access information through the K-Skincare Clinic application. The results obtained are the Android-based K-Skincare Clinic application which can be used for product purchases, treatment reservations, chats, customer reviews, my favorites and notifications.

Abstrak

Saat ini Klinik K-Skincare belum sepenuhnya menggunakan teknologi informasi contohnya untuk melakukan reservasi, pemasaran dan menjaga hubungan antara klinik dan pelanggan saat ini hanya mengandalkan sosial media seperti facebook, instagram dan whatsApp yang dirasa masih kurang efektif yaitu keterbatasan mengelola data pelanggan dan transaksi. untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan adanya aplikasi yang dapat menerapkan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang mampu memberikan solusi mempertahankan kualitas dan loyalitas terhadap pelanggan pada Klinik K-Skincare dan mempermudah dalam mengakses informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi Klinik K-Skincare berbasis android dengan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) yang diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi mempertahankan kualitas dan loyalitas terhadap pelanggan pada Klinik K-Skincare dan mempermudah dalam mengakses informasi melalui aplikasi Klinik K-Skincare. Hasil yang didapat adalah aplikasi Klinik K-Skincare berbasis android yang dapat digunakan untuk pembelian produk, reservasi treatment, chatt, customer review, favorit saya dan notifikasi.
