Implementasi WhatsApp Gateway Dan SMS Gateway Pada Sistem Informasi Super Bintang Laundry
Abstract
Laundry superstars have difficulty interacting with customers to convey messages about relevant information about laundry information, and estimated end times where customers often don't pick up the call. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of service and interaction with Super Bintang Laundry customers through WhatsApp gateway and SMS gateway. The development method used in this study is the waterfall method with stages of needs analysis, design, implementation and testing while the design method used in this study uses a structured design method which includes designing context diagrams, tiered diagrams and overview diagrams. The result of this study is that super Bintang laundry customers can receive laundry information and prices through the whatsapp and sms applications. Based on the test results using the blackbox method, the functionality of the system has been running well

Abstrak
Super bintang laundry mengalami kesulitan dalam hal berinteraksi dengan pelanggan untuk menyampaikan pesan tentang informasi yang relevan mengenai informasi cucian, dan estimasi waktu selesai dimana pelanggan seringkali tidak mengangkat panggilan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan interaksi dengan pelanggan Super Bintang Laundry melalui WhatsApp Gateway dan SMS Gateway. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi dan pengujian sedangkan metode perancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode perancangan terstruktur yang meliputi perancangan diagram konteks, diagram berjenjang dan diagram overview. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pelanggan super bintang laundry dapat menerima informasi cucian dan harga melalui aplikasi Whatsapp dan SMS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Blackbox fungsionalitas sistem telah berjalan dengan baik
