Arsitektur Sistem Informasi Perawatan Fasilitas Praktik Menggunakan Kerangka Kerja TOGAF ADM

Abstract

The management of practice facility maintenance at the Mechanical Engineering Department of Politeknik Negeri Pontianak covering a workshop (101 machines) and laboratory (86 machines)  is still conducted manually, causing missed schedules, inaccurate records, document loss, and inefficient reporting. This study designs an enterprise architecture for a maintenance information system using TOGAF ADM across six phases. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving technicians, unit heads, and the department head. The study produced a blueprint comprising 10 business functions, 7 data entities, 5 integrated application modules, and an open-source technology specification. This blueprint serves as a comprehensive guide for developing an integrated, accurate, and efficient practice facility maintenance information system.

Abstrak

Pengelolaan perawatan fasilitas praktik di Jurusan Teknik Mesin Politeknik Negeri Pontianak yang mencakup bengkel (101 Unit mesin) dan laboratorium (86 Unit mesin) masih dilakukan secara manual, menimbulkan permasalahan berupa jadwal yang sering terlewat, data tidak akurat, dokumen mudah hilang, dan pelaporan tidak efisien. Penelitian ini merancang arsitektur enterprise sistem informasi perawatan menggunakan TOGAF ADM melalui enam fase. Data dikumpulkan via observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap teknisi, kepala bengkel, kepala laboratorium, dan ketua jurusan. Hasil penelitian berupa blueprint arsitektur yang mencakup 10 fungsi bisnis, 7 entitas data, 5 modul aplikasi terintegrasi, dan spesifikasi teknologi berbasis open-source. Blueprint ini menjadi panduan pengembangan sistem informasi perawatan fasilitas praktik yang terintegrasi, akurat, dan efisien.
