Analisis Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Terpadu Perguruan Tinggi Menggunakan Model DeLone and McLean
Abstract
With the increasing number of user complaints against the management information system for managing academic activities, future system development needs to be based on the user's perspective as an indicator of the success of an information system. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the success of the Integrated Management Information System in universities, with a case study on the Integrated Management Information System of IAIN Madura. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 334 samples of active student respondents, which were arranged based on the Delone and McLean method variables. In the analysis process, Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) model is used to analyze the success factors, assisted by SmartPLS3 software. Empirical findings prove that the user perspective in this study, namely the quality of information, services, usage, user satisfaction and also net benefits has a significant effect, while the quality of the system has an insignificant effect on users.

Abstrak. Dengan semakin meningkatnya keluhan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi manajemen pengelolaan aktivitas akademik, pengembangan sistem di masa mendatang perlu didasarkan pada perspektif pengguna sebagai indikator keberhasilan suatu sistem informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Terpadu (SIMPADU) di perguruan tinggi, dengan studi kasus pada Sistem Informasi Manajemen terpadu IAIN Madura. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 334 sampel responden mahasiswa aktif, yang disusun berdasarkan variabel metode Delone and McLean. Dalam proses analisis, Structural Equation Modeling dengan model Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor kesusksesan, berbantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS3. Temuan empiris membuktikan bahwa perspektif pengguna dalam penelitian ini yakni kualitas informasi, layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna dan juga manfaat bersih memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, sedangkan kualitas sistem memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap pengguna.
