Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pelelangan Barang Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Agile

Abstract

Abstrak. Sistem pelelangan barang pada kantor Pegadaian XYZ yang masih diselenggaran secara manual (tatap muka langsung) menyebabkan proses menjadi tidak efektif. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah menyajikan rancangan sistem Informasi berbasis Web yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung proses pelelangan barang pada Perusahaan Pegadaian. Sistem aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan metode pengembangan Agile. Rancangan sistem menggunakan kombinasi tools perancangan secara terstruktur dan berorientasi objek. Sistem didesain untuk dapat mengintegrasikan pihak Administrator Lelang, pemilik Barang, dan calon pembeli. Beberapa fungsi yang diidentifikasi pada sistem berupa Pendaftaran peserta dan barang lelang, pendaftaran calon pembeli, informasi barang lelang, pengajuan penawaran, serta informasi barang lelang yang dimenangkan.  Hasil uji fungsional menggunakan BlackBox testing menunjukkan seluruh fungsi-fungsi yang terdapat dalam aplikasi telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna sistem.

Abstrak. The goods auction system at the XYZ Pawnshop office which is still being held manually (face to face) causes the process to be ineffective. The purpose of this paper is to present a Web-based information system design that can be used to support the process of auctioning goods at the Pawnshop Company. The application system is developed using Agile development methods. The system design uses a combination of structured and object-oriented design tools. The system is designed to be able to integrate the Auction Administrator, Goods owner, and potential buyers. Some of the functions identified in the system are registration of participants and auction items, registration of prospective buyers, information on auction items, submission of bids, and information on auction items won. The results of the functional test using BlackBox testing show that all the functions contained in the application are in accordance with the needs of system users.
