Abstract

Abstrak. Penilaian kinerja Guru yang masih dilakukan secara manual membutuhkan banyak kertas. Selain itu terdapat 20 sub kriteria yang digunakan dalam proses penilaian, sehingga diperlukan waktu yang lama dalam penilaian dan proses rekapitulasi data. Lembar hasil penilaian juga masih di simpan di rak buku, sehingga jika ada lembar penilaian yang tercecer akan berdampak pada proses penilaian ulang. Paper ini menyajikan model aplikasi sistem penunjang keputusan penilaian kinerja guru menggunakan metode Profile Matching. Penelitian kinerja guru menggunakan 5 kriteria yaitu pedagogik, profesionalisme, prestasi kerja, kepribadian, sosial, dengan 20 sub kriteria. Hasil uji fungsional dengan Blackbox Testing menunjukkan fitur-fitur fungsional yang identifikasi pada tahap analisis kebutuhan telah dipenuhi secara valid dalam Aplikasi yang dikembangkan.

Abstract. Teacher performance appraisal which is still done manually requires a lot of paper. In addition, there are 20 sub-criteria used in the assessment process, so it takes a long time in the assessment and data recapitulation process. The assessment results sheets are also still stored on the bookshelf, so if there are scattered assessment sheets it will have an impact on the reassessment process. This paper presents an application model for a teacher performance appraisal decision support system using the Profile Matching method. Teacher performance research uses 5 criteria, namely pedagogy, professionalism, work performance, personality, social, with 20 sub-criteria. The results of the functional test with Blackbox Testing show that the functional features identified at the requirements analysis stage have been fulfilled validly in the developed application.
