Abstract

Abstract. The diversity of podcasts from various points of view is a challenge that needs to be solved in the context of selecting content recommendations, so that it reaches listeners according to their tastes. This study aims to analyze the recommendation system approaches that can be applied to podcasts. The method used in this research is a literature review which includes the process of reading and analyzing articles in journals, previous research reports, patents and news related to podcasts. The results of the study conclude that the high level of diversity of podcasts and their listeners' behavior creates opportunities for research exploration due to the small number of related studies to answer the challenges that continue to grow.
