Salah satu tugas pokok Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Banjarmasin adalah melakukan pembinaan dan pemberdayaan terhadap industri kecil non formal agar peran serta dalam peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat kecil dapat dilakukan secara optimal. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan apabila jumlah industri non formal yang ada diwilayah Kota Banjarmasin dapat terdata dengan baik. Namun dalam pelaksanaan pendataan tersebut masih terkendala, di satu sisi jumlah industri non formal yang ada semakin bertambah banyak setiap tahunnya, sedang disisi lain pendataannya dilakukan masih secara manual. Begitu banyaknya usaha industri non formal yang perlu didata muncul kesulitan bagi dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Banjarmasin untuk membuat laporan yang mungkin dibutuhkan setiap saat. Seperti laporan perjenis usaha industri non formal perkecamatan dan laporan usaha industri non formal perkluster. Kesulitan yang muncul adalah berkaitan dengan selalu bertambah usaha industri non formal, sementara laporan baru diselesaikan beberapa waktu kemudian, sehingga laporan yang dibuat tidak update lagi, hal ini akan berdampak pada pola pembinaan terhadap usaha industri non formal yang kurang tepat sasaran. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan perlu dibuat software aplikasi utuk dapat membantu, mempermudah, mempercepat dalam melakukan pendataan dan pelaporan profil industri non formal yang berada di Wilayah Kota Banjarmasin sehingga dapat diketahui profil industri non formal yang ter-update. Hasil penelitian adalah software aplikasi proses pendataan profil industri non formal pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Banjarmasin. Sistem ini mudah untuk dioperasikan dan dapat memberikan informasi data profil industri nonformal perjenis usaha, perdaerah kecamatan serta perkelompok usaha indusri. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan pengujian user acceptance, dengan nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 17,5 (katagori “Sangat Baik”) pada standar penilaian yang dibuat, dengan pengujian Koefisien Alpha Cronbach = 0,889 (katagori “Sangat reliable” dan valid

One of the main duties of the Department of Trade and Industry of Banjarmasin is to provide guidance and empowerment of non formal small industry that participation in increasing income of small communities can be performed optimally. It can be done if the amount of non-formal existing industry Banjarmasin city region can be recorded properly.
