Abstract

Abstrak Pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor andalan bagi masyarakat Kalimantan Selatan. Selain sebagai pendapatan daerah, sektor pertanian juga berkontribusi sebagai salah satu mata pencaharian masyarakat. Pertanian sebagai sektor andalan perekonomian bagi masyarakat tidak lepas dari permasalahan yang harus dihadapi antara lain masih rendahnya kualitas hasil (produk) yang diperoleh dari usaha pertanian. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan permasalahan dalam pemasaran produk komoditas pertanian. Rendahnya mutu selain karena pengaruh perlakuan budidaya, juga karena penanganan pasca panen yang belum diterapkan sesuai standar. Kegiatan penanganan pasca panen tanaman pertanian di tingkat petani umumnya masih dilakukan secara tradisional dan menggunakan alat yang sederhana, dan diperparah lagi dengan panen yang dilakukan tidak tepat waktu sehingga mempengaruhi mutu hasil. Metode Weighted Product merupakan salah satu metode penyelesaian yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah Multi Attribute Decision Making. Salah satunya sebagai Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Penentuan Pemberian Bantuan Pasca Panen Tanaman Padi Metode Weighted Product terdapat perkalian dalam perhitungan matematikanya. Metode Weighted Product juga disebut sebagai analisis berdimensi karena struktur matematikanya menghilangkan satuan ukuran suatu objek data. Dari hasil perbandingan antara proses manual (pretest) denga menggunakan aplikasi (posttest) dengan jumlah kuota penerima bantuan sebanyak 73 kelompok tani didapatkan 31 kelompok tani yang tadinya bermasalah dapat di perbaiki. Dengan demikian persentase kemampuan metode untuk memperbaiki masalah adalah sebesar 83,24%.

Kata Kunci: Sistem Penunjang Keputusan, alat pasca panen, kelompok tani dan Weighted Product.

Abstrack Agriculture is one of the leading sectors for the people of South Kalimantan . Aside from being a local revenue, the agricultural sector also contributed as one of the people's livelihood. Agriculture as an economic mainstay for the public sector can not be separated from the problems to be faced include the low quality of results( product ) derived from agricultural businesses . This can cause problems in product marketing of agricultural commodities. The low quality of treatment in addition to the influence of cultivation, as well as post-harvest handling has not applied the appropriate standard . Activities post-harvest handling of agricultural crops at the farm level is generally still done traditionally and using simple tools, and exacerbated by the harvest done on time so do not affect the quality of the results. Product Weighted method is one method of settlement offered to solve the problem of Multi Attribute Decision Making. One as a Decision Support System Determination Assistance Post Harvest Rice Weighted Methods Product contained in the mathematics multiplication. Product Weighted method is also known as dimensional analysis for the mathematical structure eliminates the unit of measurement of an object data. From the comparison between the manual process (pretest) premises using an application ( posttest ) by the number of quota beneficiaries were 73 farmers' groups obtained 31 farmer groups that had problems can be rectified . Thus the percentage of the ability of the method to fix the problem is by 83,24% .
