RANCANG BANGUN MODEL APLIKASI PENGELOLAAN PENGARSIPAN DOKUMEN KEPENDUDUKAN

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarbaru dalam  sistem untuk mengatur manajemen datanya masih secara konvensional dimana data tersebut awalnya disusun dalam sebuah map. Sehingga setiap data yang masuk hanya dimasukkan ke dalam map yang mengakibatkan selain dalam wadah penyimpanan yang masih tidak efisien, juga dalam pencarian dokumen nantinya sangat sulit dan lambat karena memelukan waktu yang lama, dalam pembuatan laporan bulanan atau tahunan pun akan lebih sulit, karena data bersifat kertas/berkas hardcopy sehingga jika ingin membuat laporan harus dihitung satu persatu.Setelah melakukan analisa, pengujian user acceptance maka dapat disimpulkan dari hasil kuesioner bahwa Aplikasi Pengelolaan Pengarsipan Dokumen Kependudukan Kota Banjarbaru  yaitu : 21 % sangat setuju Aplikasi Ini Membantu Penanganan Data Disdukcapil, 50 % Aplikasi Ini Sesuai Dengan Kebutuhan Disdukcapil dan 29 % Aplikasi Ini Dapat Mempermudah Dalam Penyusunan Data Serta Laporan Data Disdukcapil. Kata Kunci: Rancang Bangun, Model Aplikasi, Pencatatan sipil
 
ABSTRACT The data management system at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Banjarbaru City is still conventional where the data is initially arranged in a folder. So that every incoming data is only entered into the folder which results in addition to the storage container that is still inefficient, also in the search for documents later it is very difficult and slow because it requires a long time, in making monthly or annual reports will be more difficult, because the data is paper / hardcopy file so that if you want to make a report you must count one by one. After carrying out the analysis, user acceptance testing can be concluded from the results of the questionnaire that the Banjarbaru City Population Document Archiving Management Application is: 21% strongly agree This Application Helps Disdukcapil Data Handling, 50% This Application Is In Accordance with Disdukcapil Needs and 29% This Application Can Simplify In Compilation of Data and Disdukcapil Data Reports.
