Abstract

Abstract

The use of mixed learning in the field of learning has been done with the development of Information Technology / Computer Technology. Likewise, research on cognitive effects and their implications for instructional design has been widely practiced, but research on the effects of motivation in the context of mixed learning use in the learning process is still very rare. Therefore one of the main purposes of using blended learning in the learning process is to motivate learners using the motivation of ARCS model. Reviewing the literature on motivation in the context of learning with mixed learning and multimedia usage suggests that researchers and practitioners consider a number of important aspects to ensure that motivation is part of learning resources to optimize learners' experiences. Media learning in accordance with the needs is a learning medium that can help teachers and learners in the process of knowledge transfer.
