Identifikasi Ular Menggunakan Metode Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix Dan Histogram

Abstract

Welang and Weling snakes are types of snakes that have a similar physique and have dangerous venom. Apart from that, there is the Banded Wolf Snake (Lycodon Subcinctus) which is said to be similar to the Weling (Bungarus Candidus) but is not venomous and the Sea Snake (Laticauda Colubrina) which is similar to the Welang (Bungarus Fasciatus). The similarity of this type of snake can be seen from the snake's body motif, such as black and white or black and gold stripes. Therefore, tests were carried out using 2 different methods to prove the similarity of the four types of snakes. This research uses the Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) method and the Histogram method on snake images. The GLCM features used for extraction are Contrast, Energy, Correlation, Homogeneity and Entropy. Histogram features used are mean, variance, standard deviation, skewness and entropy. Tests carried out with 100 data obtained the highest average accuracy results using the GLCM method of 97.75% with a value of K = 1, while using the Histogram method obtained the highest average accuracy value of 100% with a value of k = 1.

Abstrak

Ular Welang dan Weling merupakan jenis ular yang memiliki fisik yang mirip serta memiliki bisa yang berbahaya. Selain itu, ada Banded Wolf Snake (Lycodon Subcinctus) yang disebut mirip dengan Weling (Bungarus Candidus) namun tidak berbisa dan Sea Snake (Laticauda Colubrina) yang mirip dengan Welang (Bungarus Fasciatus). Kemiripan dari jenis ular ini dilihat dari motif tubuh ular seperti belang hitam putih atau hitam emas. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengujian menggunakan 2 metode berbeda untuk membuktikan kemiripan empat jenis ular tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) dan metode Histogram pada citra ular. Fitur GLCM yang digunakan untuk ekstraksi adalah Contrast, Energy, Correlation, Homogeneity dan Entropy. Fitur Histogram yang digunakan adalah mean, variance, standar deviasi, skewness dan entropy. Pengujian yang dilakukan dengan 100 data mendapatkan hasil akurasi rata-rata tertinggi pada metode GLCM adalah sebesar 97,75% dengan nilai K = 1 sedangkan menggunakan metode Histogram mendapat nilai akurasi rata- rata tertinggi sebesar 100% dengan nilai k=1.
