Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Bursa Kerja Berbasis Mobile Web Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 di Provinsi NTB
Abstract
The problem of unemployment is one of the government's focuses and is always looking for a solution. In NTB Province after COVID-19, there were 54.08 thousand residents affected by COVID-19 which caused unemployment. On the other hand, post-COVID-19 employment opportunities have begun to rise and of course require workers. In an effort to bring together job seekers and companies that need workers, an online job market information system is one solution that can help. The research method used is the research and development method with a software development model using Waterfall with research stages starting from needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. The system testing carried out on this system is web testing. When web testing, there are 6 criteria that are tested, namely performance testing, compatibility testing, usability testing, accessibility testing, and security testing. The results of the tests carried out obtained an average score of 4.13 or a good category so that this information system is suitable for implementation.

Abstrak
Permasalahan pengangguran menjadi salah satu fokus pemerintah yang selalu dicarikan solusinya. Di Provinsi NTB pasca COVID-19 terdapat 54,08 ribu penduduk yang terdampak COVID-19 yang menyebabkan terjadinya pengangguran. Di sisi lain, lapangan kerja pasca COVID-19 sudah mulai bangkit dan tentunya membutuhkan tenaga kerja. Dalam upaya mempertemukan antara pencari kerja dan perusahaan yang membutuhkan tenaga kerja, maka sistem informasi bursa kerja online menjadi salah satu solusi yang dapat membantu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan Waterfall dengan tahapan penelitian dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi dan pengujian. Pengujian sistem yang dilakukan pada sistem ini adalah pengujian web. Pada saat pengujian web, ada 6 kriteria yang diuji, yaitu pengujian kinerja, pengujian kompatibilitas, pengujian kegunaan, pengujian aksesibilitas, dan pengujian keamanan. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan diperoleh rerata skor sebesar 4,13 atau kategori baik sehingga sistem informasi ini layak untuk diimplementasikan.
