Perancangan Sistem Informasi Monitoring dan Evaluasi Bantuan Pengembangan Usaha Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa
Abstract
The problem faced by the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration through the Directorate General of Village Development and Empowerment in the field of Village Economic Development is the suboptimal tracking of information on the realization and progress of assistance for the economic development of rural communities through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa). Therefore, this research aims to analyze and design a monitoring and evaluation information system for the assistance provided by the ministry. This Monitoring and Evaluation Information System is a web-based system that facilitates the Ministry's teams, especially the Directorate General of Village Development and Empowerment and stakeholders, to access information on the realization and progress of assistance quickly, accurately, and efficiently without being restricted by space and time. The design of this information system is conducted using the Structured Systems Analysis and Design Method (SSDAM). This research results in a monitoring and evaluation information system for the assistance in the economic development of rural communities through BUMDesa for the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration.

Abstrak
Masalah yang dihadapi oleh Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi melalui Direktorat Jenderal Pembangunan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa bidang Pengembangan Usaha Ekonomi Desa saat ini adalah penelusuran informasi realisasi dan perkembangan atas bantuan untuk pengembangan usaha ekonomi masyarakat desa melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDesa) yang belum optimal. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi monitoring dan evaluasi bantuan yang diberikan oleh kementerian. Sistem Informasi monitoring dan evaluasi Ini merupakan sistem berbasis web untuk mempermudah Tim dari Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi khususnya tim dari Direktorat Jenderal Pembangunan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa dan stakeholder yang berkepentingan untuk mengakses informasi mengenai realisasi dan perkembangan atas bantuan dengan cepat, akurat dan tepat tanpa dibatasi ruang dan waktu. Perancangan sistem informasi ini dilakukan dengan metode Structured Systems Analysis and Design Method (SSDAM). Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi monitoring dan evaluasi atas bantuan untuk pengembangan usaha ekonomi masyarakat desa melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDesa) bagi kementrian Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi.
