Enterprise Architecture untuk Travel Haji dan Umroh Berdasarkan The Open Group Architectur Framework

Abstract

Information technology governance is an important thing that must be implemented. Altura Hajj and Umrah Travel can also be called Alturah Travel, a Hajj and Umrah tour, and travel service provider company that was established in 2020. With a relatively young company, surely Altura Hajj and Umrah Travel will continue to innovate and continue to grow for the future of their business. With such intense competition, of course, information technology governance/IT Governance is the key that can help companies in their competition, where information technology governance can produce speed and accuracy of the information for companies. The first step taken to implement IT Governance is a structured governance plan. In the Altura Hajj and Umrah Travel business processes are still done manually, such as filing, customer data still uses hardcopy/paper which causes archives to pile up and when they are needed again it is difficult to find. Financial calculations and employee management are also done manually even though they are computerized. The Enterprise Architecture is designed using the TOGAF framework. Produce 3 proposed application systems that are expected to become guidelines for the development of information technology governance in the Altura Hajj and Umrah Travel.

Abstrak

Tata Kelola teknologi informasi menjadi hal penting yang harus di implemantasikan. Travel Haji dan Umrah Altura juga bisa disebut Alturah travel merupakan perusahaan penyedia jasa tour and travel haji dan umroh yang berdiri sejak tahun 2020. Dengan umur perusahaan yang terbilang muda, pastinya Travel Haji dan Umrah Altura akan terus berinovasi dan terus berkembang untuk masa depan bisnisnya. Dengan persaingan yang begitu ketat, tentunya tata kelola teknologi informasi/IT Governance menjadi kuci yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam persaingannya, yang mana tata kelola teknologi informasi dapat menghasilkan kecepatan dan ketepatan informasi bagi perusahaan. Langkah awal yang di lakukan untuk menerapkan IT Governance ialah perencanaan tata kelola yang terstruktur.  Dalam proses bisnisnya Travel Haji dan Umrah Altura masih dilakukan secara manual, seperti pemberkasan, data pelanggan masih menggunakan hardcopy/kertas yang mengakibatkan archive menumpuk dan ketika dibutuhkan kembali sulit untuk di cari. Perhitungan keuangan dan penglolaan pegawai juga dilakukan secara manual meskipun sudah terkomputerisasi. Enterprise Architecture yang di rancang menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF. Menghasilkan 3 sistem aplikasi usulan yang diharapkan bisa menjadi pedoman untuk pengembangan tata kelola teknologi infromasi yang ada pada Travel Haji dan Umrah Altura.
