Perancangan dan Pembuatan Aplikasi Web Sistem Monitoring Berkas dan Tagihan Pengadaan Barang /Jasa
Abstract
At PT Jasamarga Related Business Regional Office II, procurement files and invoices for products and services were previously tracked using Google Sheet, which had numerous drawbacks. A web-based monitoring system application was created with Laravel as the backend, following the steps of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall method, and using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a visualization tool for system requirements through Use case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams in order to increase efficiency and lower the risk of delays in contract document management. This program has real-time dashboards, data search, upload files, and automatic alerting capabilities. The system performed effectively in enhancing labor productivity, recording accuracy, and procurement process transparency, according to test results utilizing the black box testing method and interviews based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). With these benefits, this system is a viable solution for monitoring files and invices for goods/services as well as procurement files.

Abstrak
Di PT Jasamarga Related Business Regional Office II, sebelumnya berkas pengadaan dan tagihan barang dan jasa masih menggunakan Google Sheet, yang memiliki banyak kekurangan. Dibuatlah aplikasi sistem monitoring berbasis web dengan Laravel sebagai backend, mengikuti langkah-langkah metode waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), dan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) sebagai alat visualisasi kebutuhan sistem melalui Use Case Diagram dan Activity Diagram guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi risiko keterlambatan pengelolaan dokumen kontrak. Program ini memiliki dashboard real-time, pencarian data, upload file, dan fitur notifikasi. Sistem ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja, akurasi pencatatan, dan transparansi proses pengadaan, berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Black box testing dan wawancara berdasarkan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Dengan berbagai keunggulan tersebut, sistem ini menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk monitoring berkas dan tagihan barang/jasa serta berkas pengadaan.
